new brake advice.

so i have so much break dust comming off my breaks. so my question is what do i need to change exactly. so i know what to buy?

the pads are what causes brake dust, usually b/c they're cheap.

what are you trying to do just get rid of brake dust or are your rotors/pads worn? etc

ya when i lifted my jeep my break pads are very warn. and the squeek way too much for my liking and the dust is gross haha. so i dont kno i think all of it

well i'd go w/ a higher quality brake pad (not ceramic though...they squeal) and get your rotors turned or even new rotors at that.

the rotors wont help w/ the dust, but the new pads will for sure.

not sure if portland area has advanced auto parts, but they sell wearever gold. which are pretty good.

any auto parts store should have a variety of pads to choose from, just go w/ what they recommend for the least dust, they should know.

also, kolak here sells a great rotor/pad combo. the rotors are cross drilled stillens. not sure bout the pads, but kolak has always sold quality products. contact him for more info
