Neutral Safety Switch

I have a 97 zj 5.2l and have taken it to the transmission shop 3 times to fix a leak that is apparently coming from the neutral safety switch. It starts out fine, gradually it starts being harder to hit the right spot in the gear shift to crank it, then finally it won't crank and is leaking fluid. Anyone know what I could do here?

lol Started having all these problems when they replaced it but I've about decided to just replace it myself. Do you use tread sealer when you go back on or RTV or something?
