When does it happen? Check both ends of the track bar, control arm bushings, sway bar bushings and shock bushings.

Just replaced endlinks yesterday pretty sure sway bushings ok etc its quiet as a whistle in 4wheel mode so Must be front driveshaft maybe? there is a tiny bit of movement up and down in the double cardone joint possibly in the cv joint doesnt relly make a noise when I shake it around though can control arm bushings etc be affected by switching from 2 to 4 wheel drive?
