Radio and vehicle info center is not working on jeep. checked fuses yesterday and they're good. Any ideas? the illuminator on the radio works but it's like it doesn't have power. and the info display center doesn't show up at all. Please help

Was it working before or did it stop working suddenly? The Vic and radio are kinda delicate, if you had some kind of short they could've died (fuses aren't always perfect).
My 94 came with a working radio, but the Vic was dead, and the radio display screen was dead, both had good power confirmed via voltmeter, but no go. I ended up replacing the radio. Left the Vic.
Pull em and test them for power, you can use a simple test light. You can get them both for roughly $40.

I'd pull them forward and check the power wires for power with a test light.
