need help!!

I've got a loud thum and griding sound in front on my 98 jeep grand cherokee and some one told me that maybe my diferencial bearings going out, now my question to you is, How can i tell what type of diferantial i have in my jeep? I.E
dana 30 or any others.. i've got all this numbers from the cover

please help me i need this info to buy the
parts.. (bearings)

to my knowledge the dana 30 was the only option. i am 100 percent positive

2004- Wrangler X stock

1977 full size cherokee-401 v8, quadratrac dana 44s

prev. jeeps: 98TJ on 33s, 00TJ on 35s, 01TJ on 35s, 78CJ on 31s, 85XJ stock, 94ZJ stock, 97 TJ on 35s, 03 on 35s, 93 GC on 33s
