Vehicle was running in neutral, after driving around for about 10 minutes trying to get this low grumble coming from the back seat area. I guess it's something you have to experience to know

Its the hunk of metal with two driveshafts attached to it.

still have no idea what a locking sound is. i've never heard anyone describe a sound like that. is it a groan, a click, a clunk, a grinding, a moaning, a whirring, a scraping? what is the sound actually? is there a vibration or jerking?

'97 zj 5.2, some stuff, some other suff, and some things that even work sometimes.

It's a moan and u get a little vibration (just enough to.notice it) this lasts maybe five seconds then I am able to take my foot off the brake and the jeep won't move until you hit the throttle then the rpms go up normally and you get a little skid then your off to normal driving.

Just trying to keep her goin'!!
