Need advice on WJ tuneup

I just recently purchased my first Jeep a 2004 WJ limited with 4.7L V8 with 63,000 miles on it.

I bought it from a local used car dealer around here and I am not very sure what all has been done to it recently in terms of maintenance. So considering this I would like to give it a pretty comprehensive tune up.

What would you guys recommend that I do?

So far on my list I have:

diff oil
tranny oil
transfer case oil
new spark plugs
check air filter
check O2 sensors
Clean fuel injectors

What else should I do? This is my first time doing a tune up for myself so I have a feeling I may be overlooking something....

Any advice you guys have for me would be awesome to hear!!

Here's a list of the correct replacement parts, and don't substitue the spark plugs, the 247 T/C fluid, or the ATF+4 trans fluid, and also note the addition of a friction modifier if QD:

Note: Two trans filters
Forget the O2 sensors and fuel injector cleaning as they will tell you if service is needed.

Have fun

Alright, I was planning on checking the brakes, I just forgot to put that down. But thanks for the heads up on the transmission filter!
