okay. well, it only vibrates when i'm accelarating and going over 40 mph. it feels like a powertrain vibration but as soon as i let off the accelerator. it stops. granted i never had it aligned when i put the lift kit in. but it doesn't pull at all either accel, or braking. and the vibration is only when im hitting the gas over 40 mph. i let off the gas it stops. any ideas?i figured if it was a alignment problem, or stabilizer, or driveshaft problem. it would be a constant vibration. not just when im accelarting. i need advice.
p.s. i should also note that its a very slight vibration and it doesn't get any worse the faster i go it the same from 40-85 mph. and its more like a humming vibration. i was wondering if it was rear differential? i changed the gear oil in it about 1000 miles ago. i put lucas in it. but the jeep was making that noise before i changed it also. so nothing has changed. i started noticing the vibration/humming after i put the lift kit in a couple of months ago. could the bigger tires cause the rear end to make that noise and vibration from the strain? ive also heard some people talk about a slip yolk eliminator, that couldn't be my problem, could it? ithought that you didn't need a sye or transfer case drop unless you go 4.5" or higher. damn the p.s. is longer than the original post.
