my 5.2L grand cherokee:confused will start and run but only for a few seconds im not sure of the problem ive tried grounding the purple and yellow wire and not sure what else to do if you have any suggestions they would be welcomed

sounds like what mine does when the security is tripped, if I lock it with the remote and unlock it with the key it will not stay running until i lock it and unlock it with the remote again.

i dont exactaly have doors on it so im not sure but i tried the security ground and there were two purple and yellow wires do you know anything about that

ok ya there were two so i grounded both but it didnt work so?? any other suggestions and i love the body work it looks great(on your build)

hey funny you say you took the doors off i just took mine off today but just hook the wires harnes to the door and unlock it with the key three times it will kill the alarm i had the same problem and never worked using the wire trick

well the wire harnesses kinda got a little dirty so im not really sure about that but what if i put the doors on and then i took the doors back off do you think that would work

no it has to be tripped by the key
