the Firestone switch is for the air bags, i have checked by raising my back end when i got the jeep
as to the locker, i will do that test this weekend...
1. so when would i use this thing?
2. and would it be bad if i hit the switch to the ON position while, lets say, drving fast on the freeway?
sorry i don't know how to un-intall these to ship to you...
the guy that owened this jeep was a mechanic and from what i hear from his friends he was nuts about it, he worked on it himself and kept it in very good shape...
aah, i was confused, theres 2 switches. you just bought the jeep? might as well change the rear fluid, looking in there will tell you everything you need to know.
yes, got it a month ago
i wanted to do the oil change and check the rear fluid today, before i go off to Dove Springs OHV area tomorrow, but the mechanic was booked solid...
will get it done next week, and probably will just go to the dealership (any ideas of what i'm looking at as $$ is concerned for oil and rear fluid?)
^^^Agreed if you have a place to. Im not allowed to at my apartments. Im only 15 and I want to change all the fluids but my parents wont let me. It is their car still for now though. So as long as they are payin, they can have it done.
