Sounds like a bad battery to me. Check the terminal connections and make sure they're very clean. I would check the battery, then the alternator. Take it to a shop like Checker/Autozone/Napa and they can test the battery and alternator for you for free.

Please don't type in all caps, it makes it difficult to read

x3, unless you shorted your bat somehow (jumping someone wrong.. wrench accidently touching both terminals)

is it sealed?, if not see if its low on water

I have a '02 and I am having the same problem. I had the battery checked out and it's ok... Nothing electrical works... I jump start it, nothing. But when I put a charger on it. I hear a lot of clicking noises and then the jeep starts... VERY WEIRD...

Can this be the BCM? HELP!!!

You have to CLEAN the battery terminals. Or replace them. They build up corrossion that you really CAN NOT SEE.

A little old lady once told me to soak the terminals in coke. not pepsi, not diet coke, regular good old coke. ive done this like 2 or 3 times now, and it just eats away enough corrosion for the Jeep to start.
