multiple missfire

I have a 2001 grand chrokee that is reading multiple missfire p300 thorugh p306. I replaced the plugs a couple of weeks ago and before that I replaced the crank shaft positioning sensor. Any Ideas what is causing this?
thanks for the help.

do you have any symptoms of a bad tps like erratic idle or surging? this can also give "false" misfire codes, I've seen it myself
