Is use castrol gtx I use it and change my oil religiously and I took my valve cover off awhile ago and it was super clean could tell in some spots it was sludgy though but the oil washed most of it away. I also use hasting filtera

Well the sludge motor is finally put back together and running. Sounded a little weird on initial start up but its getting better the longer I let it run. Only time will tell on this one.
