Hey guys I was digging through my garage and found my dads set of old MJ front coils. They are when he had a 3.5 or a 4in lift. my ? is can they work on my zj in the front so I can do the f>r swap??

they are going to be basicly the same as XJ coils, and will not offer as much lift, as ZJ are heavy, especiay compared to an XJ or MJ.

You'll lose around an inch using them in your ZJ, I used 4.5" XJ coils, and I got around 3.5".

thats fine my f>r swap will be better than. Good thing I found them I dont have to by a lift... Only sway links, shocks and a track bar. I was gonna get rustys are they good? BTW what is the height of stock zj coils or xj coils. Ill measure these and see how much higher they are.

Measuring the springs uncompressed isn't going to tell you much. That won't accurately tell you much at all.
