Got a 99 WJ here with the manual controls, the blowers does nothing on any position, No power at the resistor guessing I have a bad blower switch ?
Need to pull the control out tomorrow and check for power at that switch. Under hood fuse looks good and when the HVAC selector is turned a relay in the control clicks on and the vents change position.

Common problem ? Pattern Failure ? Probably not the electronic HVAC's but surely its happened to other. Didnt see many reference to manual control hvac problems, or they were the resistor.

Since the relay is activating, check power at the motor... It could be as simple as a bad blower motor. Make sure you check ALL fuses inside and in the PDC.
