low oil pressure?

IVE NOTICED RECENTLY THAT MY OIL PRESSURE HAS BEEN PRETTY LOW AT IDLE, LIKE THE GUAGE READS AROUND 20-25 AT IDLE. ONCE I GIVE IT SOME GAS ITS FINE AND IVE CHECKED FOR LEAKS AND ALL SEEMS WELL. I CHANGED MY OIL TODAY AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I USE QUAKER STATE 4X4 10W30 AND I ALWAYS USE THE MOPAR OIL FILTER.. THE ENGINE DOESNT RUN HOT AND I STILL GET ABOUT 6 QUARTS WHEN I DRAIN THE OLD OIL OUT. IM NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS OR EVEN IF I HAVE A PROBLEM BUT IF IM NOT MISTAKEN SHOULDNT THE OIL PRESSURE BE AROUND 40 AT IDLE? IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE WEATHER HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT?
IM NOT SURE IF I SHOULD BE WORRIED OR NOT SO ANYONE WHO CAN GIVE ME SOME IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED

what engine do u have? if its the I6 the oil pressure can go down to 13 psi @ idle(600rpm) and 35-75psi while driving. i think the 4-banger stays up higher. dunno about the v8.
