LOUD noise under acceleration...

It sounds as though the exhaust is missing but only when moving. The noise is not there on idle. It seems to be from a rotating part or parts? I noticed that in 4WD low it starts out good & then slips & then catches again. Seems to be the same pattern every time. Any ideas? I can provide a little history if you wish to read on. Thanks

new front CV's
new rear bearings & seals
new rotors all around
new pads all around
new rear ds u-joints
all fluids changed & full
Only thing left is the VC of front driveshaft. I have spent as much time under this vehicle as in it lately.
