As I understand it he is but does not regularly check the forum. PM him though and apparently he's good about getting back to you? I've not dealt with him myself but everyone still mentions him.
While there may be a different part number on them, that crosses to the one you need, they are still out there. It sounds like the dealer guys are just being uncooperative.
When you consider the mark-up that someone gets when a Mopar sensor is sold, they'd be nuts not to continue selling them. I mean they're like 4-5 times as expensive as aftermarket offerings, Omix-ada excepted (What's with the $135 price tag on Omix offering at Rock?). And while it's worth paying for Mopar for reliability's sake, their cost of manufacture probably isn't that much different than SMP, or other makers. And with the recent hitch recall, Chrysler is getting a pretty good idea of how many ZJ are left on the road that will be needing the CKP at some point. Nice profits for somebody along the line. Good luck.
I tried Bosch, seeing as there is a Bosch plant within 15 minutes. Unfortunately my Jeep had tons of problems after switching so I ended up going back to stock. I pulled the ones off my other Jeep during rebuild, but have no idea where they are. If you have no luck anywhere else PM me an offer and I might get motivated to look for them.
