Looking for a 5.9 efan shroud

The PO had a clutch fan installed and of course got rid of the old fan and shroud. I have a shroud right now for a clutch fan, its not even for a jeep, they cut it up to fit. I have a Taurus fan ready to put in but the shroud looks too small for comfort. I want to do it right and get a bigger shroud.

Any ideas??

Are we talking over $100? I have no idea what it would cost.

Just so you know I had to trim the shroud so it would lay flat against the radiator.

I finally completed the Taurus Efan swap tonight and so far so good. I used butt/crimp connectors on the wiring and all is well. I used the GM/Grand National coolant inline hose sensor (WT3000Z) to replace the discontinued stock one in the upper hose for the low speed and it works great with the 180 T stat. Kicks on and off like it should.. Use a 195 T stat and it might stay on most of the time, so I've heard.

The true test will be when its in the mid 80s or higher. Tonight it was in the mid 70s.

I padded and sealed mine with strips of 3/4" foam insulation on the sides and top. I left the bottom alone except for the gap... I covered the gap at the bottom with duct tape

I ran that same 3.8L Taurus fan on my old '93 V8 ZJ. Worked great up here in Duluth when it gets to be above 90* w the ac on.
