Looking for 3" coil spring spacers

Anybody know where I can find 3" coil spring spacers (budget boost) for my 97 ZJ? The largest ones I can find are only 2.125".

I don't know if they make a 3 inch. I have the 2 inch on mine it looks good and I was able to fit 31in tires. I shaved the front facia so that there is no rubbing.

Trust me, you don't want 3 inch spacers on your coils. It will start to handle like a Slinky.

You don't want them.

Do you run stock control arms?

Have you gotten new shocks because the stockers won't work for that.

They are a BAD idea.

Get 3" coils, not 3" coil spacers, the stock coils are too soft to lift everything up that hight AND the rear coil posts are only2.5" long, so after you put on the spacers, the rear coils would just fall out

I've used spacers in the past and don't like them. Can't think of a better way to screw up your handeling and proper functionality of your suspension then to put spacers between the coils which makes them rigid and stops them from doing what they were designed to do, bad idea.

Looks like 2.125" are as high as they go for a reason

Could I just get 3" coils and leave it at that and not have to buy a whole 3" lift KIT?

Do a search on here and www.nagca.com for the Front to Rear coil spring swap.

Good Sugestion Hunter.. If you want 3.5 of lift Just take your front coils and put them on the back and then go to ..Kevins Offroad. (formerley Kevins Jeep parts) And buy some 3.5 fronts and a set of shocks.. You are set...

You will need an adjustable track bar or a track bar relocation bracket but that is definatly the cheapest way to go...

So...all I have to do is buy a set of 3.5" springs for the front and I'm set?

Why do I not have to do the same for the back? Are the stock front springs equal to 3.5"?

Do I need new front AND rear track bars?

Also, how can I get away with this setup when everyone I talk to tells me to get a lift KIT?

thanks for these awesome suggestions!

1) you will put your front springs in the rear to lift the rear. and the new 3.5 springs in the front. thats why you only have to buy front ones.
2) only one track bar relocater.
3) you'll need new shocks. stocks are only good for up to 2 inches of lift i believe.
4) not sure but you might need new brake lines in the rear.

suggestion: save up and do it right.

rear track bar relocator. but you may also need to change your front track bar to. but im not sure. some one else may be more knowledgable on that. as for the shocks they should work, but 3" and 3.5" could be a big difference in those shocks. again maybe someone a little more knowledgable could chime in.

JC,

get the adjustable front tracbar from RE. BTW, as a parent once asked me, "who is EVERYONE that is telling you that you have to get a kit!"

Friends and people that I know around here have been telling me to get a "kit", but I like the other idea much better.

I'm guess the front springs will give the 3.5" of lift I need in the back b/c they are longer and have to support the weight of the engine??

If I use this set-up, will the Jeep be level?
