Obama's just trying to fix stuff, without a manual , in a hostile environment. Oh wait, thats like working on a jeep on the side of the road isn't it?

Yeah, but one should not be so ignorant as to replace blown fuses with higher amp fuses, it pretty much implies that one doesn't know the purpose of a fuse.
Maybe we should call it Chad-rigging.

I disagree

Obama rig :

-to fix using a band aid knowing for sure it could/will eventually fail and destroy everything

I think that's exactly what Chad did

Like with spelling and grammar, I wondered if there's a generational thing going on here. (trying to be fair) (or current) (or curious)

On Urban Dictionary, most people define "rig" as meaning to "cheat" or to take "unfair advantage". Further down the list of meanings, a very small minority of people say it means "admirable or very good". Maybe one day "rigged" will mean something good; likely in school yards. Think of the word "sick".

I think "rigged" will keep its current negative connotation; is there a better synonym? How else can a losing candidate describe a suspicious voting machine? I can't see a national media outlet describing a mayor as wearing a sick suit delivering a speech in front of a rigged office complex.

Please excuse all the punctuation.
Lol :thumbs up:, etc., etc.

IE: In the context the statement was made, the intent was for it to be a racial slur. :thumbs down:

No, he went to Congress on both counts. Congress is still deciding what action to take, although McCain is more interested in poker. Obama hasn't given any guns, and hasn't said he wanted to. McCain and Graham wanted to arm the rebels though. Obama did suggest a few bombing raids, though, which isn't at all what you claimed. In fact, he's been putting off (for months, now) taking action in Syria at all, because he knows that al Queda supports the rebels and Iran and Russia support Assad.
You obviously haven't been paying attention, either to politics or electrical knowledge, which is pretty much what ignorant means. Ironic, isn't it? Lol
Though I'm sure you're in denial about it.
Next you'll probably call me a liberal or a democrat, of which I'm neither. Really I just paid attention in government class.
Thanks for the laughs!

Yes, class. It's in high school and college where you learn how the government works, and learn that the President isn't able to do half the crap the right wingers (or left wingers, for that matter) make up.
No, I certainly didn't learn about current events a couple decades ago. Current events are current.

Back on topic.
Fuses have amperage ratings for a reason. 5 amps can certainly make a difference, which is precisely why they make 5, 10, 15, 20, etc amp fuses. There's even a 7.5A just to show you that even 2.5A makes a difference.
You're free to screw up your own Jeep, but it's not a good idea to pass off your own laziness as "ideal", especially when what you did (or didn't bother doing) can and likely will eventually cause problems.
