lights messed up

Yesterday I was out playing and when I went to go to 4lo I noticed my vic and lights flashing on and off. I didnt think anything of it until today when I went to drive my gf to work and I had no dash lights. All of my other lights work as they would if it was on auto in daylight. When I put my turn signal on the interior lights flash on and off.

I have looked up the common repair remedy for flickering dash lights but I wanted to be sure that was my problem before proceeding.

So although my dash lights still flickered, it ended up being a fuse that was blown. I checked the main fuse but there was another one I didn't see earlier that was linked to the headlights.
