Light mounts

Well, what started as a 15 minute figure-out-how session for my hella lamps, turned out to be a 5 hour mount-the-lights session. I took off the bull bar and put them on top of the bumper. Since this was so spur of the moment, I didn't take any pictures. But it was pretty easy to do. Remove grill, then bumper cover. Drill a hole to match a predrilled one on the other side of the bumper. Bend and cut 1/2x1.5 piece of aluminum into an L shape and drill out holes. Mount to car, and mount lights. Cut slits in the bumper cover to slide over lamp mounts. Reinstall bumper cover. I'll have to take some pictures tomorrow after my camera stops being stupid.

i did something simaler except i had to take of the bumper to get the lichts on and when i put it all back now i cant get the grill on. we shal see if it ever gets back on. right now i would have to cut of some of the tabs just to get it on, that or remove one of the lights. it never ends.
