light brackets for the bumper

awhile back i made some brackets for my hellas so i could mount them to my bumper.

the problem is they are too flimsy and shake abit on the road, not serious but it just pisses me off at times. i originally wanted to see if i could use 93-95 foglight brackets but couldn't get a hold of some and was told they were junk.

does anyone on here make anything that would work? i would make another set but i dont have the tools to really do it with anything sturdier and i wont be able to strengthen the current ones without welding

if anyone has any ideas please let me know

Some guys have tried lots of things even chain link fence pipe hinge. Check a u-pullit lot for a Jeep or Mopar light bar.

Stock 93-95 brackets would be a good starting point. When my stock housings fell apart, I installed Hellas on the factory brackets, with some mods. Flattened the end, cut off the side bolt holes, drilled one hole for the Hella. They're not rock solid, but good for the thickness. But you might not have the 93-95 type holes behind the bumper to mount them. A 1/4" piece of flat stock should work about the same.

Stock brackets...

I have a ZJ light bar in the garage with mounting hardware. Want it?
