lift question

I just bought a 94 zj to use as a work jeep. I will be driving it off road for 12 hrs a day 5 days a week on pretty rough dirt roads that some times have ruts 4ft deep. I will not be rock crawling. I might dirve it to and from work wich would be about 3 hours/day on black top. Because I will spend so much time in it ride quality is a huge factor.

I want to add 3in of lift to it for some extra clearance and so I can fit some bigger tires. Should i go spacers or coils? If I go with spacers do I need to use shocks made for a three in lift? And if I go with coils can I just put new coils and shocks or do I need to put on swaybar disconnects, extended control arms and all that stuff?.

Basically whats the best solution for my situation and what do I need go make it happen?

Thanks for the help
