Hello guys,
I am soon to be ordering teh IRO 3.5" kit with the double shear front track bar, rear adjustable track bar, doetsch tech shocks, JKS bar pin eliminators and extended brake lines.
Is there anything I am missing for now? I already have adjustable front and rear lowers and will get some adjustable uppers later on, but is there anything i will NEED with teh kit I have ordered?

Also, if I am not disconnecting the sway bars will I need teh brake lines or will I be fine without them?
I mostly use the ZJ for my DD but go out into the desert every other weekend.

Longer swaybar links f/r, maybe a front driveshaft too. Probably ok with the stock brake lines, you can jack up your ZJ by the body and see for sure.

I was also going to suggest looking into a different front drive shaft. your CV style or prop style front drive shaft is factory set in length and does not tolerate the taller lift as well as the slip yoke style the 4.0s came with. you will be fine on the road, but when you start wheeling and flexing on the trail is where the tend to go bad. so at a minimum bring some tools to remove the shaft on the trail should it fail. I know many of us had them fail at 4" and even rough country suggests not to use the 4in lift with our cv drive shaft. At 3.5 you may be ok, I say drive it till it breaks but start looking into a u-joint yoke swap .

You will be fine with your brakes.

The kit comes with front and rear extended sway bar links, and I won't be disco's so I guess I can pass on teh brake lines for now?
I already have a U-joint front drive shaft with a single cardon u-joint on the axle end and a double cardon u-joint at the transfer case so should that be OK or will I still need the slip yoke?

I was concerned about front trackbar compatibility if you had an RHD ZJ.

I have the same front ds with the single up front and the double at the tcase and i am at 4 inches and it works just fine, i dont get vibes till 75ish mph

I am getting vibes at around 80 when I let off the skinny peddle, I put that down to a bad u-joint on the front as that is where it seems to come from.
I will check that once I get the kit ordered.
