LED's in Overhead

I was just wondering if it's possible to change out the bulbs inside the overhead console to LEDs or a whiter bulb.

Thanks

sweet, a thread for me. Yes it can be done, infact I have changed out al lof them in all my cars, for the zj you will need 44mm bulbs (bulb numbers do not exist in led dome lights, just size) the best place to buy from is www.superlumination.com He's a friend of mine from hidplanet and stocks every single led on the market. I went with the blue, but any color is fine, remember, the more led's the better. oh and btw, be very careful when installing them, they only work 1 way so you need to test, and although leds don't mind vibration being slammed into place can screw them up.

no direct link, just click on festoon dome bulbs and scroll down to the 44mm 9 led bulbs, those are what you need, crazy output

What do you mean that they only work one way? do you have to wire them?? or are they plug-n-play?
I will prolly pick some up.

they plug right in, but only 1 side is postive and only 1 side is negative, its not like other dome bulbs where you stick them in and go, if you put them in and they don't work, flip them around, then they will work
