LED Conversions?

I'm thinking if it's not too expensive I'd convert my brake bulbs to LEDs for better lighting. It'd be just a bulb replacement without replacing the assembly, but is there anything else (other than putting in new bulbs) that I'd have to be aware of when doing this? Is there any electric futzes that happen when I use LEDs?

Turn signals will need resistors or a digital flasher module. Lamp outage module will need removed unless you like the beeping.

Led bulbs that are truly brighter than their incandescent relatives are very expensive still. You'll probably pay about 15-30$ per bulb depending upon the application.
