leaky axle

I replaced the rear wheel seals and axle bearings on my 96 gc. had a hard time getting the bearings and the seals out,but i got them out and the new ones in. the problem is one side seal, leaks. double checked everything and cann't see any problems. any ideas guys?

Worn down shaft. Buy a new one.
