KOR pic request

I'm looking for a picture to show how much HAS to be cut to really use the shackles with the radiator support. I'd rather not trim it very high, I was just thinking about removing one of the "slots" on each side if that would expose them. Thanks

im not running his rad support but this is one of the ways you could cut to make it fit

your idea doesnt seem too bad, all you really need to do is just trim to where you have enough room for the shackles to sit. theres some good pictures on his site if you havent already seen them.. and if you want a better shot of mine, let me know and ill see if i can get a better shot.

you don't have to cut the whole bottom of the bumper for his shackles, people just do it for the extra clearance and what not. i just cut out one slot on each side of the bumper, you wouldn't even know it was modified looking at it.

I know you dont have to cut the whole thing off, I just dont think I've ever seen one just missing the two slots.

Is that the way that you have yours? Or were you saying that is how you would do it if?

I've never seen any pics of anyone who just chopped off the two slots, but it's definitely possible to do it that way. You can supposedly fit the radiator support without any bumper trimming. But the shackles supposedly cannot fit without trimming.

I think it looks better than stock to chop off the lower half of the bumper, but that's just me. And like the others said, most people can't even tell the difference from stock.

Here is my album of my radiator support install:

I would trim my bumper in the same way if I did it again. I think it looks more aggressive and improves my approach angle.
