Jeep's Fascia Peeling -- Any Fix For This?

Hi, last summer I purchased my Jeep from California and recently put it through it's first winter. I noticed that the fascia on the Jeep has begun to peel in certain places, most notably on the rear bumper. I was wondering if anyone has also experienced this problem and knows how to fix this. It doesn't affect the performance of the Jeep but aesthetically it would be nice to find a way to make it look like new again.

I've uploaded some pictures I took to help describe what I'm working with.

Thanks!

sand it lightly and paint with paint of choice. something like the fusion (for plastics) or a bedliner, if you like that look.
