Jeep Low Idle off Highway

Coming home today, got off the highway (about 30 minute drive) and the jeep was idling around 400-500, steady, but lower than its normal 750. Blipped the throttle to bring it back up and when it came down it shut off. Got it restarted and had no problems the rest of the drive home (3-4 complete stops where it got to idle). It has restarted several times as well with no issues.

No CEL, all gauges were normal, all fluids checked when I got home, all normal.

What are everyones thoughts?

Cleaned the IAC valve just now.

Was still doing it on and off on the way home, will give an update tomorrow. Hoping it's not the transmission, torque converter, or valve body.
