forced retirement I walk the park for exercise, the views are better than the neiborhood

My right leg being paralyzed gets me on the rides without waiting in line I just pick a car with an open seat.

BTW live life to the fullest, never know when a drunk drive in a dump truck will not see ya on a motorcycle

I got my last two packages today. After laying everything out to check and see if it was there, I began the install.

I had everything prepped, and the first LCA bracket on while drilling the holes, when some wierd chit happened.

I had this MASSIVE alergic reaction to something on the ground of my garage and my back broke out into HUGE hives. I had to send the GF to get benadryl and ended up takin a shower. Needless to say, that was as far as I got with the install tonight.

Looks like I'll be finishing up tamorow.

I think I remember 21mm or 7/8'' I could be wrong though. Why?

BTW, whats the easiest method for adjusting your pinion angle?

I use a jack on the bottom of the diff towards the pinion, but be careful doing that...I just use it to push it more towards the position desired..

But I left the LCA's bolted in place and did it on level ground.

Well actually you want to take out one of the bolts right ?

To change from the 2 setting to the 1 you're gonna have to put it on stands and let it droop. I was just adjusting the caster thingy majiggy on the back when I did that.

Ah, I see. OK, Well I'm back to the alignment shop then. They kinda messed it up when they did it yesterday so I'm goin back to get it fixed. I'm gonna ask the guy if I can stay and watch, maybe I'll learn somethin.

Be back with reports after lunch and an alignment.

Dunno, if they're only at 25mph I'd say leave it as is. Mine are very rough from 40 + and cant get above 65mph whre I'm at now. When I get it honed into a good spot I'll let you know. I'm a bit dissapointed witht he adjustability of the UCA...
