I've got an opportunity to trade my 6.5'' springs with a guy for 5.5'' springs at only the cost of me shipping him my springs.

He says they've been on for about 5 months w/ one wheeling trip. I'm considering it... Although nick had a good point, it would suck If I moved down to 5.5'' and still had to get a new front DS.

did you drop the T/C? I am no mechanic but some of the trouble your having seems common over 4".

I do get vibes and I did not drop the T/C, but I can run at fairly fast speeds and no DW, bumps are no problem. Some thing of interest.. my mx6 were set on the 5th setting, I changed them to the 2nd where I typically run on road and my vibes have reduced at the 40-45 range... hum

probably just the springs settling.. I dogged (legally) pretty hard last PM after Chuck Liddell got his az kicked in the UFC and I am very impressed with this LA setup smooooth...

dogged...? What? lol.

Yea, I dropped the TC. And yea, I'm sure it is rather normal over 4''. I'm still workin out bugs though, it's a process but you know that. Maybe I will get a new front shaft and just remove the TC drop... We'll see.

Either way, replacing that DS isn't happening till it breaks (could be soon). I've got other priorities like my steering.
