intake removed in bad weather question

Hey guys I took my intake manifold off yesterday getting ready to install some new freeze plugs that should be arriving at the parts store this morning. Right after removing the intake it started raining and hasn't let up for 12 hours now. I plugged the intake ports with rags and closed the hood. Should I be worried about moisture or anything else? I don't have a garage to work it, the ZJ is just parked under the shade tree. Will it be alright? It doesn't look like I'll be able to do any work today, hopefully I can finish tomorrow which means the engine will have been open for 48 hours. Is that Ok?

It will be fine. Water shouldn't reach anything as long as the hood is closed. Changed my exhaust manifold under a carport in the rain. Shouldn't be any different than it sitting under the hood.
