wtf did you just say?

if he didnt make brackets or use brackets designed like Rustys or Jeeps OEM then i am willing to bet he just bolted them to the tin can frame rail....which is not safe and can cause death or serious injurys...dont skimp on the recovery gear

youd wanna buy the brackets. i tried making some once and it was a super PITA! If you don't get those holes JUST right it won't come close to fitting. 1/4" plate doesn't bend much if you know what i mean.

bet it wasn't from the XJ guys whose stuff has fallen off huh? :P

just kidding, if you need a pic of how they're mounted and can't find one on the internet, I might be heading back to the junkyards this weekend. There was a ZJ there with the front ripped off where you could see the tow hooks + brackets pretty clear.

But with the internet directions you should be set to go
