Install Magnaflow or Factory Cat?

I just bought a High Flow Cat from Magnaflow, but i also have a factory cat from a friend. The jeep didn't come with a cat, and when i put my headers and cat back on i didn't either (I know, I know, I regret it).
So my question is, install the Factory Cat? or the Magnaflow one?

Would i be killing my exhaust upgrades with a factory one? Or how much better is the Magnaflow one?

Thanks for your input

Also did you just clamp it on? Or weld it?

How did you weld it to the mild steel, it being stainless?

o ok lol, too bad all the muffler shops here are either criminals or completely useless.
To day i argued with one shop that stainless steel exhaust tubing existed, and with another that wanted 500$ bucks for 10"s of tubing and to weld in a cat that i provided. And another that wouldn't even help me because i am "an 18 year old punk thats going to rip him off" how the heel can i rip him off if i am the one about to spend probably 100$ for 15 minutes of work.

I could easily do it my self if i had a hydraulic expander and a tig or a mig with gas.:

well i got it installed a couple days ago, the only issue is i didn't allow enough room for heat expansion, where it goes over the axel then in front of the fuel tank, when its cold it has about 3/4'' clearance but when its hot, it gets so close it rattles over bumps, so ill have to fix that.
but other wise i am glad i went with the highflow, i cant even imagine how bad the factory cat would be, before it had plenty of power on the highway, now you have to get in the gas pretty hard to speed up or pass, and it drops a couple gears to 4500 rpm before it really starts moving.
