Information Center install '96 ZJ
Hey, I got an information center off of ebay and is supposed to bein working condition. My ZJ did not come with one from factory. I also got the rear lamp sensor and all the fluid sensors. I installed all of it along with the information center and nothing happend. All the harnesses were there and plugged right in. Am I missing something? Is this something that needs to be turned on at the dealer? --=Keith

he's talkin about the VIC i believe. thats the little computer display that some jeeps came with. other than that, i have no clue

Here are some schematics to help you check your set-up. The only other thing I can think of is that the Message Center, being strictly analog doesn't have a connection for the CCD bus, which the Visual Information Center requires.

Hey thanks for the schmatics... I'll check it out... I figure if it's prewired, all of it should light up right? I hope it's not a feature that needs to be turned on with the dealer cuz they didn't know what i was talking about =T Do you have the wire harness pin out break down for the BCM also? --=Keith
