The infamous light driftwood Orvis

Makes me miss mine... It says it's a '98 but I'm pretty sure they didn't make them in '98. But the big dark square emblem on the side sure looks like an Orvis to me...

Could the emblem be a limited emblem?

I don't think so. Limited emblems are gold, at least mine is. The Orvis was taller like that one and dark like that one. Plus I can kinda see the tan dash and darker looking front seat.

yeah thats an orvis

or a limited with orvis seats dash and emblem cant see why anyone would do that though

why does it need an engine though with low miles ? mine's still good with more than twice that !

I do wonder, that's low miles for a zj around these parts! My guess is the owner took bad care of it, let it run low on oil and seized it maybe?

that incline may have had something to do with it

by my experience they hate being uphill for long periods and 2 vehicles ive had would knock if on an incline while idling

made a thread to see if others had this issue

Or they just don't have a clue and it's something simple. The "extra" ZJ I'm picking up tonight has no tranny, but a good engine.....
