I'm new

Hi. I just bought a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Just shy of being fully loaded has the 5.2L V8 and quadra trac 4 wheel drive. Is there any problem areas on these Jeeps that I should be aware about. Also where is a good spot to mount a cb radio.

Welcome, yup, and I dunno!

Congratulations on your new Jeep!

Some common problem areas include power windows, warped brake rotors, cv boots, transfer case, transmission........

Common spot for mounting a CB is on the passenger side of the tranny tunnel.

Would a keyless/alarmsystem remote from a newer Jeep work on a 1996 Jeep.
