Oil??? How tough are the rings l think l washed some compression

With some up hill

I'm not real sure what you just said. But I think you're worried about working the engine hard on older oil. 7k miles on even conventional oil isn't a lot. It's more than recommended sure but places like http://www.blackstone-labs.com/ will tell you that as long as a motor is in good tune then even 10k on regular oil is ok.

If you're worried just do a quick compression test. I don't think you'll find anything unless you can physically tell that the engine is running different.

Feels like l went from 70-100k but l got a cracked manifold and probably dirty sensors along with a bad computer
Horrible tune its running way rich 12.3 avg-21

I don't under stand why the exhaust manifold can't be welded still
