Ignition short

I have a short somewhere that is causing my starter relay to blow. It did it once i changed the started and horn relay lights came on but i turned the key and it blew that relay too. Where do you think the short could be? How should i go about fixing this?

I have no idea, but here's one test:

Disconnect the hot wire from your starter and tape up the end so it doesnt short out. Then turn the key. If it doesnt blow the relay...it's the starter.

Ok so I messed around with the relays and put the horn one in place of the starter one again and now both the horn work and the lights in the car come up but i can hear the starter clicking and then spining then clicking again then it just spins and nothing happens
