ignition locked help!

I can't turn the key to start the car. The steering wheel is also locked I have jiggled the wheel (relentlessly) back and forth for an hour and the ignition won't unlock. I have rocked the car pumped the brakes and all. Any idea how to unlock it?
These seems like a simple problem but I can't figure it out.
Thanks!

put the key in and hit it with a block of wood a few times.

one of the pins in the ignition is probably stuck.

that happened to my friends car once. try it.

Not much is un-fixable if you have a good block of wood handy.

Key might be worn down, also. if that is the case take your VIN to the dealer and they can cut you a fresh key for about $7

Sometimes when you have a little turning pressure on the steering wheel when you turn the key off, it won't turn on next try. Simply put a good turning pull on the wheel first one way and then the otherwhile trying to turn the key. Works for me and worked on my neighbors exp.
