idles down then quits

I have 99 wj limited. Starts well and runs well while sitting. When driving or increasing rpm's while driving or sitting the wj idles down and shuts off. I think the fuel pump is working ok, but just in case I changed the fuel filter. Still has this problem after changing the fuel filter. Starts fine, but when pressing down accelerator the engine reves up and then idels down to 0. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
