Idle/RPMs

When I first start my jeep it starts hard and 2 out of 5 times it won't start the first time. This I think may be gunk in the injectors, I plan to but some sea foam and give it a good dose this weekend. I'll post if that clears up. Also when it fires up it runs rough fir a few seconds.

My other RPM issue is; when coasting down a mountain the other day I slapped if onto neutral. My RPMs only dropped to 1500. Is that a ZJ thing. I was going about 50 mph but, speed should not affect RPMs when in neutral. Any ideas as to why this is? My truck will drop all the way down to a low idle when I do the sane thing.

Any help is appreciated. Especially if it improves gas mileage, even though I am currently getting 15.8.
