How ya think 33" radials will be on my 3.55's>?

Just wondering how you guys think my zj will perform on 33" radials with road tread, figure since there's less resistance on the tires because of no big lugs my jeep should perform better on its 3.55's. Trying to get the biggest tire possible (33's) on my zj without regearing and without the power band sucking horribly. Do you think these 33's with highway tread will work find and have less rolling resistance of should i still stay away from them cuz my gears are too high?

Hell 32's suck with 3.54's.

Of curse 33's won't be as bad though.

I get about 9 miles to the gallon with 32's, and I'm light footed. It sucks.

33's suck with the stock 3.73's. Bearable but it really does suck. A V8 would handle it better.

I really don't think the tread pattern will make as much of a difference as the weight of the tire will. Generally MTs weigh more than ATs or highway treads....thus more rolling resistance. I also think it will suck with 3.55s. I will be moving up to 33s this summer, but I going the route of a narrow 33 (ie 33x10.50), so technically it shouldn't be as bad as say a 33x12.50 because it will weigh less. Either way it will suck.

You must have LOW speed limits. You are getting your *** passed going that fast in Michigan.
