how to remove the electrical rail

im not sure what the proper term is but basically where it has the cables that connect to the fuel rail. Im not sure how to remove the electrical rail off those threads, do you just yank it off?

Yes, you pull it gently but firmly off the studs. Once you've got it loose, be careful - some people are able to pivot it 90 degrees away from the rail, but mine starts resisting more than a few degrees of movement, and the last thing I want to to is break anything inside the injector harness.
