How to Power Foam

Just got some Amsoil Power Foam thanks to Ridin' Around! The question i have is, do i take the intake off and spray it down the tb? Or do i just take off my CAI filter off and spray it up that? It says on the bottle to let it sit for 5-10 minutes, but since it is the first time ive used the powerFoam should i let it sit longer? If so, how long? Thanks!

Just take off your intake and expose your throttle body...start it...spray the whole can in...have patience, it takes awhile to empty the can...keep your hand on the throttle body, try not to let it stall out...

Here's a vid from when I did it...

You doing an engine flush and Amsoil fluids too?

Its a great product and you'll love it.

Directions right off the site:
Quote:
Run engine to normal operating temperature and remove air cleaner assembly. While engine is running, spray entire can of foam directly into intake. Turn off engine and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Restart engine and drive to blow out deposits.

its an additive you put in the oil and run it at about 2-3k rpms for about 10-15 mins then drain it and it cleans out most of your oil deposits/buildups and sludge. i did mine when i first bought my car and the radiator started leaking somehow while i did the flush n got worste every day afterwards new radiator fixed it...

Ya man, its a great product...I flush everything I own lol...

Really does a good job of cleaning the crap thats built up inside there....old oil comes out like water....

Why put clean oil in a dirty engine?

If you wanna try some, contact either Ridin' Around or myself, we'll get you some...
