How do I replace the fog light bulb?

My passenger side fog light burnt out on me and now I can't figure out how to open it up to replace the bulb. I've unscrewed the 2 screws on the plastic piece under the housing, but nothing will budge. I don't want to force anything and end up breaking it so before I did that I figured I better ask you all.

Anyone know how to get to the bulb so I can change it out?

the cover that you unscrewed is probably just on stuck on, pry it off nicely, then there is a rubber gasket pull that out then there are two spring tyoe clips, push those down and toward ewach other and they will unhook them selfs, then in plig the wire and reverse process

I assume that the fog lamp on the '97 is like the one on the '96. Once you've removed the 2 screws, pop off the plastic plate on the bottom with a screwdriver (it's just stuck from the heat after all these years)... you shouldn't break anything. There's a clip holding the bulb socket in place under the plate, unclip it and pull the socket out. Don't handle the new bulb with your fingers... the oils will cause it to burn out prematurely.
