How do I replace drive side Window

hello, I have to replace doors on my jeep along with a window. Does anyone have a thread or step by step on 1) replacing the window on a driver's door. and 2) where all the little metal rods for the door locks and things connect. There's 2 and I'm not sure where they hook up.

Roll the window down 1/2 way then remove the door panel. Through two access holes (if you rolled the window down far enough) you will see to bolts holding the window into the channel. Remove them then pull the window up and out of the door.

You can figure out how to deal with the lock linkage.
